How long will delivery take?
Typically expect your order to arrive in 4-15 business days. If you need it sooner, please select Express Shipping (3-10 days)! Orders must be received by 10am on the day to meet expected delivery times.
Does shipping include tracking?
We offer a few shipping options for you to choose from.
- Economy: 4-15 business days - no tracking
- Standard: 4-15 business days - with tracking
- Express eParcel: 3-10 business days - with tracking
Australia Post may experience delays from time to time, which is out of our control. Please choose Express eParcel shipping if you need your book urgently.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Credit Cards payments. Bank Transfers are available upon request.
Can I refund/exchange a product after I have received it?
Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange or refund products for change of mind.
We refund the value of the goods where they are:
- Faulty
- Have been wrongly described
- Are different from a sample shown to you, or
- Do not do what they are supposed to
We do not give refunds if you:
- Simply change your mind, or
- Make a wrong decision.
How to returning an item that is eligible for a refund?
No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the customer and Cheap Music Books.
To return an item, you must email us at hello@cheapmusicbooks.com and provide these details:
- Your order number
- Name the products you wish to return
- Your reason for return
- Your contact number
- Attach any photo evidence if applicable.
You will receive a response from us within 2-5 business days advising next steps. Please note there will be 20% restocking fee if you eligible for a return.
What if I have given an invalid delivery address?
If the postal address you have supplied is incorrect and your order has been returned to us, you will need to pay $9 for redelivery.
